I just don't get it...

Some times things just doesn't work. It doesn't matter how much I try, work and struggle: it doesn't work. Look at this great sketch from Stuck?! for example. I saw it, liked it and started working on it. And I just couldn't make it right.

My idea was good and so was the design. The colors and pictures were matching. And it all looked messy! I ended up deassembling the whole layout (it was glued down, off course. And I hadn't been frugal on the glue...), changed the background color and the layout suddenly turned out OK!

I scrap to make albums for my kids. They care more about the photos than if the pps and embellies are this or last year's releases. Honestly - they were more interested in looking at the photo of R2D2 than deciding if to use white or cobolt blue background color...

Shame you struggled to start with but you have a fab layout in the end. Thanks for playing along at Stuck?!

Sometimes LOs just don't work - so frustrating! But my critics are like yours - it's the photos that matter to them too.
