Do you have daylight savings in your part of the world? We started today, and guess who cought it from day 1? My dog! Gotta love my dog: happy and bright at 7am, ready for a new day and new fun adventures :-)
Are you looking for the MyScrapbookNook Blog Hop post? You find it here.
On the first week of March, we started a new Lift the Person Above You Challenge at My ScrapbookNook. I got to lift the super talented Swedish scrapper Zarischa and here is the layout I picked to lift:
Layout by Zarischa |
Zarisckha is a master of misting and pretty flower details, and I officially suck at both. I loved the design on the layout so here is by take on it:
Look, I even managed to use flowers! While Zarischa used mist, I chose to use rubons instead (I'm a rubon junkie!).
The photo is of DS9 as a first grader. I was browsing through some envelopes with older photos, when I came across his 1th grader photos and realized I never had scrapped them. What a shame! And I have no idea why have haven't done it earlier.
All the materials in this layout are from the Little Yellow Bicycle Saturdays Collection, exept rubons, alpha and twine. When this layout was done, I posted it on the LYB FB wall, and I was happy, surprised and proud to find it featured on the LYB blog this week. Woot, woot for me :-)
